Is verification mandatory?

Selfie verification is required for women to keep discovery safer. Profile photos are reviewed for everyone before going live.

How do audio calls work?

Both members must accept call access. Once accepted, a single tap connects the call. Either side can lock calls again later.

Can I refund my subscription?

Yes — see our refund policy. We honor refunds within Cashfree's standard refund window.

Why does the map need my location?

Your location is private and used only to show nearby members. We never expose precise coordinates to other people.

Can I use Rentyourfriend on my phone?

Yes. Use the browser app at rentyourfriend.in/app on mobile or desktop. Mobile downloads are temporarily paused.

What if someone misbehaves?

Use the report and block tools on their profile. Reports are triaged by our moderation team within hours.

How is my payment processed?

Cashfree handles the card or UPI details. We never see them. Renewals are not automatic.

Why was my account suspended?

Accounts can be suspended for safety violations, fake profiles, or repeat reports. Email support@rentyourfriend.in to appeal.
