Refund policy
If something is off, we want to make it right. Here is how refunds work.
When you can request a refund
- You paid for Premium and the service was unavailable for an extended period.
- You were charged twice for the same 7-day window.
- You reasonably believe a payment was made without your consent.
How to request
Email support@rentyourfriend.in within 7 days of the payment. Include the payment reference and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
How long it takes
Approved refunds go back through Cashfree to the original payment method. Cashfree typically settles refunds within 5–7 working days.
What is not refunded
- Payments where the service was used during the 7-day window.
- Premium time consumed before the refund request.
- Accounts suspended for safety violations.
